Definitions :

Complex P.P.D.

Desability resulting, in the same victim, of at least two after-effects having their own rate in the referent schedule .

Synergy and Ipsergy

As well as synergy indicates the cooperative function betweeen two organs, Ipsergy indicates the self function of one organ which may be injured twice.

Composed rate

Rate relative to after-effects on homologous and synergic organs.

Conditional rate

The two terms of a composed rate may result from successive injuries ; the conditional rate is the one to hold for the after-effects of the second injury knowing the rate of the previous one .
