Definitions

- Complex P.P.D.
- Desability resulting, in the same victim, of at least two
after-effects having their own rate in the referent schedule .
- Synergy and Ipsergy
- As well as synergy indicates the cooperative function betweeen
two organs, Ipsergy indicates the self function of one organ which may
be injured twice.
- Composed rate
- Rate relative to after-effects on homologous and synergic organs.
- Conditional rate
- The two terms of a composed rate may result from successive
injuries ; the conditional rate is the one to hold for the
after-effects of the second injury knowing the rate of the previous one
.
